| I hired a “large chain” Home Improvement Store to remodel my bathroom. What a mistake. The Home Improvement Store failed to order enough marble for my floors and incorrectly measured the custom cabinets creating a six month delay. Next, the Home Improvement Store incorrectly measured the countertop, which if fabricated would have completely rendered my slab of expensive pink onyx useless. Nearly two years later, my bath still was not finished. I figured a big company had the experts to complete a simple bath remodel. But that was not the case. So, I hired Virginia Home Repair to oversee the completion of my bath. Once Bryan was involved, the Home Improvement Store realized I meant business and wanted my bath completed. Without Bryan, my bath would have taken another year to complete or would not have happened at all. I then hired Virginia Home Repair to remodel a different bath in my home. What took the “large chain” Home Improvement Store two years to complete, Virginia Home Repair completed the same size project in my other bath in 4 days.
